Of his many accomplishments in life, James is particularly proud of becoming a Military Relocation Specialist and managing the Rental Department for Hudson Heritage Realty. However, his most unique experience as a Realtor was to have been chosen to be one of only forty Realtors in the state of New York to be an Authorised Independent Sales Advisor for the Disney Vacation Club.

Although legally able to assist his clients in every aspect of buying, selling and renting Real Estate in New York, James specializes primarily in Foreclosures, Investment, and Rentals. Truly, these are more related items than one might think. Using his more than two decades of experience in the industry, James helps his clients navigate the often tumultuous world of Real Estate. Having studied broadcast communications, he has a particular focus on video and how it can be used to leverage his client’s properties to their fullest potential in today’s ever-changing and tech-savvy market.

Aside from spending time with his wife Danika and his puppy Miles, outside of work James tries to volunteer in some way as often as he can. So, if he’s not filming another episode of Walking with Miles, Lucky is probably with the Freemasons from Hoffman Lodge in Middletown, or the Storm King Quilts of Valor, a local chapter of the Quilts of Valor Foundation that he and Danika founded, trying to make sure he gives at least some portion of his time every week to his community.
